About The Hotel

Baileys Hotel is a mélange of the best of the old and the new. The original very fine old house, which fronts onto the main street of Cashel was built in 1703 by The Wesley Family, so is just over 300 years old, and has a great history. Dermot and Phil Delaney are your very hospitable and friendly hosts here . They have transformed what was a very successful Guest House into a lovely family run hotel. Phil has impeccable taste which is evident from the moment you set foot on the black and white tiled floor of the Hall of the main house, with its lovely historic Farrow & Ball colours. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, both in the old house with its high ceilings, and the new. With Baileys morphing into a hotel, there is now a fab new swimming pool and leisure centre. The addition of their cracking new contemporary restaurant No 42, doing really good modern food, has meant that even more so, Baileys is now the focal point for the discerning diners of Cashel...
