Gareth ‘Gaz’ Smith is a big man, a big man with a big mouth, big ambitions, big dreams and a big heart. Larger than life, nothing has ever been done in small measures when it came to any of his restaurants, whether it was Michael’s, Little Mike’s, or his crowning glory, Big Mike’s. But sadly his crown toppled and it all came tumbling down.
