As soon as the word got out that Kevin Hui of the iconic China Sichuan in the Sandyford Industrial Estate and Barry Sun of Volpe Nera in Blackrock were sharing ideas for a collab dinner to celebrate China Sichuan’s 50 years in business, it sold out like a shot. In fact, a second date was added by popular demand.
