Restaurant Review - The Dining Room @ Fallon & Byrne

First impressions are lasting impressions, they say, which makes the role of the meeter/greeter in any restaurant, hotel, or cafe a vital one.
Having not been in Fallon & Byrne’s first-floor restaurant, The Dining Room, for quite some time, I was enticed to revisit following an Instagram post showcasing their new development chef, Hugh Higgins (who is indeed very talented), promoting “a new chapter, The Seasonal Edit in The Dining Room” with a menu comprised of products on sale in their ground floor artisanal food hall.
