The Dylan is the hot 5 Star Boutique Hotel which hit the ground running a few years ago. The décor is funky and opulent all in one and there is a London-ish feel to the little cul-de-sac where it's located. Just off Baggot Street, five minutes from St. Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street, this historic townhouse, once home to the nurses of the Royal City of Dublin Hospital and now transformed into Dublins only five star boutique hotel, is perfectly placed in the up market side of town, convenient to for events at the Aviva Stadium and the RDS, The Three Arena, Croke Park and The Convention Centre Dublin.
Having recently completely transformed the ground floor public areas and food & beverage spaces following an extensive refurbishment, the Dylan is better than ever.
The bedrooms are stunning with fabulous French headboards, Percale bedlinen, magnificent drapes, lush brocade covered chairs, big plump pillows, plasma screen TV’s and MP3 players, WIFI, mini bars and twice-daily housekeeping. The bathrooms are to die for with underfloor heating, Ren toiletries – just pure heaven – one room is more fabulous than the next.
The bar here is always a hive of activity and just the place to be. They also serve excellent casual food here.
When it comes to dining, don’t even think of going out to a restaurant before you have been to their Tavern Restaurant – the food here is seriously good with the best of Irish produce presented in a contemporary style with a French twist. The decor is chic sophistication in subtle neutral luxurious tones.
A limited onsite carpark is available to residents. Valet parking service is €20 per 24 hours.
