The specially prepared menu is sure to please all half shelled and lobster hedonists. Dishes include;

Seared Lobster Tail with pink grapefruit, roasted shredded coconut, ginger, shallots and birds eye chilli served on betel leaves - €14.95

Lobster Carpaccio with rocket salad, pickle, ginger and a Kikkoman soya and sesame oil dressing - €14.95

Chargrilled Whole Lobster Chuchi €25.95 with thick red curry sauce, kaffir lime leaves and Thai sweet basil and Jasmine rice - €25.95

Seafood Platter for Two - Grilled Whole Lobster, Squid, Mussels, Tiger Prawns and Swordfish, served with stir-fry mixed crunchy vegetables and fried rice €49.95

To wash down these tasty delights we have matched a delicious cocktail, wine and beer with each dish. Cocktails include:

French Kiss – Absolut vodka shaken with raspberry liqueur, fresh pineapple and guava syrup served in a martini glass topped with Champagne.

Long Do - Vanilla infused Havana Club 3 years old shaken with Koko Kanu rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, fresh Thai basil, coconut puree and aromatic bitters served tall and topped with ginger beer.

Pattaya Margarita - El Jimador Reposado Tequila shaken with fresh galangal, tamarind, lime juice, agave sec, served in Absinth rinsed and smoked salt rimmed martini glass.
