Being a Taurean myself, I love colourful people who love art, and who love food, and who love wine, it always displays a generousous of spirit and an appreciation of the finer things of life and fun. This could undoubtedly be said of Paul Dempsey and Pauline Roe, of the Purple Onion Restaurant and Bar at Tarmonbarry, Co.
