Having hit the ground running in mid-November of last year, the proverbial you know what hit the fan mid-January at Richard Corrigan’s flash new The Park Café, when the staff shouted out to the world their discontent with working conditions and pay. Located in the heart of posh dosh D4, it limped on before announcing last month that it would close by year’s end, making it a second disastrous venture in Dublin for Corrigan.
