If you’ve ever been to Lisbon or the Algarve on holiday, you’ll no doubt be familiar with pasteis de nata. Well, for anyone who isn’t, the good news is that these luscious Portuguese pop-in-the-mouth custard tarts, much like dryrobes amongst the SoCoDu swimming set, have become hip and hot in fashionable cafés and wine bars.
