Much and all as we love to go out for that extravagant gourmet experience or special occasion dinner, it’s not something most of us would do on a weekly basis, and certainly will be cutting back on this winter. Casual dining is what most people are about anyway.
They want a few small sharing plates, tapas, Asian bowls, maybe a couple of cocktails, a bottle of wine, a few pints — whatever your pleasure is. It’s why there’s a proliferation of new cafes, wine bars and gastropubs.
