‘Nothing ever stays the same” is the mantra of a friend of mine. However, we’ve seen things shift very dramatically over the past couple of years, between Covid-19, the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, and now the resultant squeeze with the enormous rise in food and utility costs.
Even though we’ve been endeavouring to get back to our ‘normal’ lives, everyone has been affected in some way, in every sense, be it through their pocket, their loss of loved ones, their mental health, or how we see life now.
