Going out to dinner isn’t just about what’s on the plate, it’s the whole experience — the ambiance, the comfort, and, perhaps most importantly, the service. First impressions count, and a good maître d’ is worth their weight in gold.
I have visited the glass box restaurant and bar at the top of the Harvey Nichols store in Dundrum Town Centre in every incarnation since its opening in 2005, including Rock Lobster by Niall Sabongi and Harvey’s by Johnny Cooke, who both moved on.
