Restaurant Review - CN Duck

I’m not going to waste time beating about the bush — we loved our visit to the new Chinese, CN Duck, in Ranelagh. In the past few years, we’ve seen casual, Asian-kitchen-style restaurants sprouting up all over Dublin, and, in general, they’ve been delivering on some very tasty dishes, from dumplings, ramen and sushi to Bullet-oven-cooked duck, char siu and more.
These, of course, are traditional in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, or, indeed, in London and the Chinatowns of various cities around the world, with the chefs on display, stir-frying away and slicing through traditional, succulent roast meats with one swift swipe of a cleaver.
