“After leaving a 22 year gap and having two more children, I’ve decided to work on my work-life balance and enjoy what I love the most, which is family and food,” says chef and Dingle Food Company founder Caroline Lynch. Besides being a dedicated mum, Caroline has always been ambitious and hardworking.

“I had my first business at age 25, a cafe in Dingle called Darcy's. From there, I went and did a BA Hons Degree in Culinary Arts.”
