When The Club Brasserie first opened in 2007 there hadn't been anything new on the block as it were in Cork for quite a few years and it made quite an impact, and it still does. Harold Lynch and Beth Haughton have been in the restaurant business for many years, previously having had Harold’s in Douglas.
